Cupcakes for your gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and organic needs!


Good morning everyone!  I just have some exciting news to share with you.  Lolo’s Cakes & Sweets now offers gluten-free, dairy-freesugar-free, and organic varieties of cakes and cupcakes!

I have several friends with gluten allergies that are following a Paleo lifestyle.  One friend in particular, Ms. Heather Green, was especially bummed that she could no longer enjoy any of Lolo’s delicious cupcakes.  😦  Being the people-pleaser that I am, I set off on a quest to make a delicious gluten-free cupcake!  And I succeeded!  So we now offer gluten-free options in chocolate and vanilla.  The really good news is that pretty much all of my frostings are gluten-free, so no change was necessary there!  😀

So if you have a dietary restrictions, and still want a yummy cake or cupcake, just let me know and I will do everything I can to make it happen for you!

Here is a quick idea of the unique ingredients used in these specialty cupcakes/cakes:

Gluten free ingredients: rice flour, tapioca flour, & xanthum gum

Dairy Free: Soy margarine and rice milk

Sugar free: Splenda replaces sugar

Organic: All ingredients are certified organic. The main reason the cost is so much higher is that the ingredients must be bought in small quantities to insure freshness.
