About Me!

My name is Priscilla and the handsome fella next to me is my husband,  Rich. We are parents of 4 boys. I have 13 years in law enforcement work history.  Rich served our country for 21yrs in the military.

We’ve owned several other self made businesses in Crestview,  working them all at the same time.  I’d never have guessed that we’d  be entrepreneurs in this small town! The bakery is now our only business and our priority.

I first found my love of baking when I was in my early 20’s. I didn’t bake anything like what I make now, but I have always appreciated the artistic side of it. I never contemplated owning a bakery, but when I saw that the former owner was selling, something pulled at my heart strings. I knew I wanted this! My great grandfather owned a bakery in Pensacola ages ago. There must be a deep seeded passion in our lineage. I sure hope I do him proud.

I bought Lolo’s from a friend in July of 2014. Beth was the founder of Lolo’s, which is named after her daughter. Just like me, she is a self-taught cake artist with a strong religious belief that God opened every door to her. I’ve known Beth since high school, and I’m proud to call her a friend.

We truly believe ‘without you, we are nothing’, so thank you to all the patrons of Lolo’s. We look forward to serving you!

  1. That cake was AMAZING, I’ve shown people at work pictures before, and is always the one I go to whenever someone mentions needing a cake.

Now you have to figure out how to ship those things, just so I can be lazy and eat good cake on my couch 🙂

  2. hi 🙂 your cakes are amazing! i actually had a question about how you got started- did you have to get a license or do a bunch of legal stuff to be allowed to make cakes in your own home? i’m just asking because i just started making fancy cakes for some friends and would love to do this kind of thing casually on the side, but not enough to go full time and hop through a lot of hoops and certifications and junk. But when i researched it, that’s what it sounded like :-/. you can send me a message on Facebook if you have time– if not, thanks anyway!! all your cakes are very inspiring!

I loved the Ocean themed butter recipe the best while my niece loved the red velvet. I will definately be ordering from you again amd tellimg everyone I know that they should too.
Thanks for being a good baker,
    Lani
